The diesel engine of 2.5 l has 2 gear belts, respectively for the drive of camshafts and TNVD.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine, address the Section Removal and installation of the top cover of the engine / the lower protection of a motive compartment / stretcher.
  2. Remove the top cover of a gear belt, address the Section Removal and installation of a gear belt of the GRM drive.
  3. Check a gear belt for existence of the following damages:
    • Cracks, cross anguishes.
    • Stratifications (case of a gear belt, tension branch).
    • Chips on the case of a gear belt.
    • Razlokhmachivaniya of a tension branch.
    • Superficial breaks (a cover from plastic)
    • Traces of oil and lubricant.
    4. The belt having damages needs to be replaced immediately (work HUNDRED).

Check of a tension of a belt of the TNVD drive
