Removal and installation of the understeering switch

By means of the understeering switch management of indexes of turn, driving beam, a screen wiper and tempostaty is made.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Establish car wheels directly.
Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

Surely observe instructions on security measures at the address with a safety cushion, address the Section General information and security measures.

Remove a safety cushion on a steering wheel, address the Section Removal and installation of the block of a safety cushion.
Completely extend a steering wheel by means of the device for adjustment of its situation and lower a wheel down.
Remove a steering wheel, address the Section Removal and installation of a steering wheel.

Turn out screws (3), (4) and (5).

Disconnect the top facing (2) from the lower facing (1). Remove facings from the understeering switch.

Disunite the socket (1) of a contact spiral.

Carefully release a lock hook (shooters) and disconnect a contact spiral from the understeering switch.

Surely you watch that the contact spiral was not twisted from the average situation. If after all it occurred, then after installation adjust the provision of a contact spiral of the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel on HUNDRED.

Turn out the screw (9).

Disunite all sockets of the understeering switch.
Take out carefully understeering switch with the control unit (8) from a steering shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Establish car wheels directly.
Install the understeering switch on a steering shaft, join the socket and screw the screw (9).
Establish a contact spiral on a steering shaft and carefully record.

You watch that the contact spiral was not twisted.

Join the socket (1) of a contact spiral.
Establish into place the lower facing of a steering column and insert the top facing into lower. Fix facings.

Surely observe instructions on security measures, address the Section General information and security measures.

Establish into place a steering wheel and the block of a safety cushion, address the Sections Removal and installation of a steering wheel and Removal and installation of a steering wheel.
Attach a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.
