- Turn off a nut of fastening (1) of a tension roller.
|
|
- Turn counterclockwise the clown HAZET 2587-1 key so that the tension roller could be recorded a lock finger of T 10115 or similar.
|
- Turn HAZET 2587-1 key clockwise against the stop and tighten by hand a nut (1).
|
|
- Take off a gear belt at first from the pump of cooling liquid and then from other cogwheels.
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Check whether the tension roller by a lock finger of T 10115 is recorded and whether it is recorded by a nut on the right emphasis.
|
|
|
Adjusting works with a gear belt need to be performed only on the cold engine. At turn of the camshaft the stop of any piston in the provision of VMT is not allowed. Danger of damage of the valves/bottom of pistons. |
|
- Check the provision of a tension roller: The lock pad (an arrow on an accompanying illustration) has to enter a groove on a head of cylinders, and an opposite case it is appropriately necessary to displace the holder.
|
|
- Double-check whether VMT tags coincide.
|
- Turn off bolts of fastening of a wheel of the camshaft so that the wheel could move in oblong openings.
|
- Establish a wheel in oblong openings in average situation.
|
- Put on a gear belt a camshaft wheel, a tension roller, a wheel of a bent shaft and in the last turn on a wheel of the pump of cooling liquid.

|
|
- Take out a lock finger of T10115.
|
|
- Turn off a nut of fastening (1) of a tension roller.
- Turn the clown of a tension roller HAZET 2587-1 key in the direction of an hour hand so that the index (2) faced on the center a window of a basic plate.
- Holding a tension roller in this situation tighten a nut of fastening of a tension roller the moment of 20 Nanometers + 45 °.
- Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel of the camshaft the moment of 25 Nanometers.
