Headlight with a xenon lamp

Instruction: The headlight design with a galogenovy lamp corresponds to a headlight design with a xenon lamp. In a headlight with a galogenovy lamp there is no block of ignition only (2). The glow lamp of passing beam (8), and also the electric motor of adjustment of range of light (11) are executed differently.

Removal

Be careful when replacing xenon lamps in headlights. Danger of traumatizing owing to high voltage! Just in case switch off a headlight and disconnect the rechargeable battery. After that quickly switch on and off the headlight switch to remove residual stress. For reasons of safety you wear shoes with rubber soles.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

Take out the top left or right cover of the engine if it is established.

Right headlight: Disconnect an air duct between the forward panel and the air filter, address the Section Installation of the Forward Panel in situation for maintenance.

Protect the area under a headlight for protection against damages of a paint and varnish covering an adhesive tape.

Turn out screws (1) and (5).

Unscrew screws (2) and (4) on several turns, without turning out them. (6) – persistent screw.

Disconnect a cable and disunite the socket (3).

Take out a headlight forward.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Insert a headlight against the stop. At the same time you watch that two ventilating elements (5) on the right and at the left from the lower party of a headlight were established into place, address an illustration the Headlight with a xenon lamp.
If it is necessary, expose a headlight with the persistent screw (6) so that the uniform gap in relation to adjacent details of a body remained. At the same time especially you watch the site of a prileganiye to a wing.
Tighten screws (1, 2, 4 and 5).
Further installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.
Adjust the provision of headlights as soon as possible on HUNDRED.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Situation on height is regulated by screws (1 and 2), situation on the horizon the screw (2).

The correct provision of headlights can be adjusted only with use of special devices on HUNDRED.

Fog lights

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove an air admission lattice from a bumper, address the Section Removal and installation of a front bumper.
Turn out screws (arrows on an accompanying illustration), disconnect a headlight at inside of a bumper and take out it.
Disunite the socket (1) of a headlight.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time you watch that the directing pins entered openings.

Replacement of glow lamps

Turn a lamp with the boss (2) counterclockwise (shooter) and take out from the headlight case.
