Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Switch off ignition and disconnect at first negative, and then positive cables of the rechargeable battery. Stick the negative plug of the rechargeable battery with an insulating tape. Instructions are provided in the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.
  2. Sedan: Remove facing of a rack of D, address appropriate section.
  3. Sedan: remove the shelf, address appropriate section.
  4. Sedan: Remove the damping element under the shelf.
  5. Remove side facing of a luggage carrier / a cargo compartment, address appropriate section.
  1. Turn out the screw (2) at the device for taking-up of a belt (1), and also a bolt (5) at a belt tip.
  1. Disunite the socket (7) and disconnect a device cable for a belt tension from the holder (4). (8) – cover of protection against noise.
  2. Extend the device for taking-up of a belt (1) from lock openings (3) and take out together with a seat belt.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time you monitor the correct laying of a cable of a belt. Tighten bolts (2) and (5) moment of 55 Nanometers.

During connection of the rechargeable battery in salon there should not be people.

  1. Shoot the isolating film from a negative pole of the rechargeable battery, attach at first positive (+), and then a negative cable (-) to the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

Back guide of a belt

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a side pillow of a back seat, address the Section Removal and installation of a back seat.
  2. Remove a seat belt.
  1. Take out a detail from polyfoam (4).
  1. Turn out 2 bolts (2) and take out a guide of a belt (1) from lock openings.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time both washers (3) have to lie over lock openings. The guide for a belt has to be recorded distinctly.
