Removal of a screw spring requires special adaptation. HUNDRED AUDIS use the device for V.A.G compression to this purpose. 1752/1, V.A.G adapter. 1752/9 and holder of a spring of V.A.G. 1752/16. |

- Mark with an arrow on the tire the direction of rotation of a wheel. Weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel. Lift and establish a back part of the car on supports and remove a wheel.

- Install on a spring the device for compression of a spring with an adapter and the holder of a spring. If necessary, at first insert the holder of a spring into rounds and then connect him to adaptation. At the same time you watch to damaging the trapezoidal lever.

|
It is necessary to squeeze four rounds. If it is not possible, squeeze three rounds and then turn a spring so that it was possible to squeeze four rounds. You monitor the correct provision of a spring in the holder. Danger of accident! |

- Squeeze adaptation against the stop and remove a spring.

Installation
|
|
- At installation of a new spring you watch that the conic end watched it down. Color tags (an arrow B on an accompanying illustration) have to show down.
|
|
- Insert a pin of a support of a spring (1) into an opening of the trapezoidal lever (2).
- Turn the end of a spring so that it lay on an emphasis of a support of a spring (arrow A).
- Insert the top laying of a spring (on an illustration it is not shown) into the top end of a spring.
- Carefully weaken a spring. At the same time level the provision of the top laying of a spring.
- Observing the direction of rotation of a wheel, fix a back wheel. Lower the car on wheels and only after that tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel cross-wise the moment of 120 Nanometers.
